Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your delivery slot. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Because every order is baked fresh for you, cancellations after that time cannot be refunded.

If something arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo within 2 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
